Because our items are food products, returns are handled under special conditions to maintain product integrity and safety.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged, leaked, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@smpgrill.com

To help us resolve the issue quickly, include:

Your order number

A brief description of the issue

Photos showing the damaged or defective item

Resolution Options

Once your case is reviewed and approved, we will offer one of the following solutions:

Replacement Product – We will send you a new item of the same product at no additional cost.

Store Credit / Coupon – You may receive a coupon equal to the product’s value for use on your next purchase.

Refund – If neither of the above options is suitable, a full refund for the affected product will be issued to your original payment method.

Eligibility

Claims must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the order.

We do not accept returns or refunds for products that have been opened, used, or partially consumed.

SMP Grill USA reserves the right to evaluate each case individually to ensure fair handling.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, food items cannot be returned once they have left our warehouse.
