At SMP Grill USA, we’re committed to delivering your favorite flavors quickly, safely, and efficiently.

All of our gourmet products — including sauces, rubs, and seasonings — are shipped directly from our U.S. fulfillment center to ensure freshness and reliable delivery times.

Processing Time:

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment is confirmed. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We currently ship across the United States using trusted carriers such as UPS, USPS, and FedEx.

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier delays beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

We offer a flat shipping rate of $9.99 within the U.S. mainland.

Orders over $100 ship for free within the mainland.

Expedited shipping rates, as well as shipping to Hawaii and Alaska, are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey in real time.

Shipping Restrictions

At this time, we ship within the continental United States.

Shipping to Hawaii and Alaska is available, but rates are calculated at checkout and are not eligible for flat-rate or free shipping.

We do not currently ship internationally or to other U.S. territories.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@smpgrill.com with your order number and photos of the damaged product. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
