Luis Garza
My name is Luis Garza, Grill Pro of the SMP since 2021. Currently I am 24 years old, graduated from Marketing at the ITESM Monterrey Campus. I dedicate to my lineage, to my paternal grandfather, the passion born by the fire. We used to make carne asada every Sunday in his house, and I understood that carne asada really went beyond just cooking to eat, but cooking with the purpose of bringing the whole family together, to the point that I do not remember a reunion with my dad's family that was not with a carne asada in between.
