By attending this event, you acknowledge and agree that you may be photographed, filmed, or otherwise recorded, and you hereby grant to the event organizers, and their successors, assigns, and licensees, the irrevocable right to record, use, reproduce, distribute, display, and otherwise exploit your name, image, likeness, voice, and mannerisms (collectively, “Likeness”) in connection with the event, including without limitation in trailers, promotional materials, advertising, publicity, and any other media, whether now known or hereafter devised, throughout the universe in perpetuity, without compensation or credit. All photographs, film, video, audio, or other recordings of the event, and all derivatives thereof, shall be and remain the sole and exclusive property of the event organizers. You hereby irrevocably waive any and all rights of publicity, privacy, or similar rights in connection with such recordings, and you further waive and release any and all claims, demands, or causes of action, whether at law or in equity, arising out of or relating to the use or exploitation of your Likeness or the recordings by the event organizers, their successors, assigns, or licensees.
