Thin-sliced beef picanha folded in a golden, crispy quesadilla with fried garlic and SMP spicy habanero cracklings.

2. Sweetbread Taco with Guacamole Reloaded

Fire-grilled mollejas (sweetbreads) paired with a bold and creamy guacamole blend.

3. Mesquite-Roasted Suckling Goat Taco

Northern Mexico’s signature dish — cabrito al pastor cooked over mesquite and topped with pickled onions.

4. Chuck Eye Steak Taco with Charred Salsa

Thick-grilled chuck eye steak on a handmade tortilla, topped with flame-roasted chile-tomato salsa.

5. Arabic-Inspired Pork Matambre Taco

Grilled pork matambre (rose meat), thinly sliced and wrapped with a refreshing tzatziki twist.

6. Norteño Crepe with Camembert & Burnt Cajeta

A decadent blend of Camembert and burnt goat milk caramel (cajeta quemada) in fresh hand-rolled flour-corn tortillas.
