Welcome to our third edition of Grill Night – Rib Eye Night.

A course designed for meat enthusiasts and grill lovers who want to take their grilling knowledge to the next level. In this session, we will focus on a specific cut. Guided by Grill Master Sebastían de Alba, immerse yourself in both the theoretical and practical experience of preparing a five-course menu, where you’ll have the opportunity to taste every dish after cooking it.

🥩 Ribeye “Pirata” taco with pork-style beans and fire-roasted green salsa

🔥 Hickory-smoked ribeye ribs with spicy marinade and cilantro

🌶️ 1.5” ribeye in serrano chile and bone marrow sauce, with bacon-wrapped asparagus

🥔 2” Cowboy ribeye with reverse sear, served with smoked mashed potatoes and beef jus

🍪 Giant skillet cookie with vanilla ice cream
